Sandro,
At least you can gauge whether they are / he is thinking about it or he could raise it with the Board. Tony has a lot of `support' from the Board. He's a mover and shaker.

Sandro, there's buckley's of Blacktown Showground being used. If it's going to be anywhere in Blacktown, it would be to utilize the International Sports Park,(where the AFL abandoned) or the acreage adjoining it to the south

It's imperative that the greyhound industry owns the real estate where they race. A local council that owns the land and is controlled by the Greens, or with Anti Greyhound agendas, can soon find an excuse to cease greyhound racing on their property. How can we forget what happened at Moss Vale and then Canberra?

All land around Sydney worth a motzza mark It depends on the council in Appin shire how they grade it to what it's worth It can be for housing then yes it's worth millions or it could be classed as industrial and worth way less One only has to look at old Paul cauchis place at Kellyville I'm sure he took close to 1 million for it n then it was developed into 100s millions a

Fellas, none of us will have much to do with this decision, nor should we.
It's a board responsibility in the long term interests of the industry. It is also a real estate subject. SO what should be done is ..
1. Nominate the requirements - including multi-purpose usage. 2. Using tenders, select a real estate expert or similar with real business experience. 3. Tell him to go forth and come up with the options. 4. Keep all clubs out of it.
The concept is easy to describe - the hard part is finding the right solution.

You just contradicted yourself, by suggesting we won't "have much to do with the decision nor should we", shat upon everyone who has made comments and then stated, "So, what should be done is...."
No wonder you struggle to relate or understand..
Why didn't you take Sandro's advice and ....... stop writing?
