Personally Mark, I can't see him loosing but us the TAX PAYERS will be the losers in the long run as we'll be fitting the bill when the ABC get stream-rolled.

I think hell lose and BS about the ABC not being funded by the public purse. There have been billions squandered away by these two low Govts and I think the ABC is pretty good. The others are a joke. I suppose you dont believe in social housing either? Many a good trainer has come from humble beginnings.

His chance of winning are pretty slim especially when destroyed horses had indentyfying racing brands on them.
He would have to prove with certainity there were none of them from NSW AS HE QUOTED ON VIDEO,
THE DAMNING EVIDENCE OF TRUCKS FROM Nsw and Quensland unloading horses at knackeries was very damaging to his case,Also names of said horses provided on video.

This is the same man that sided with Baird to get rid of our Industry in 2015 after we helped his industry out enormously in the horse flu.He speaks no truth.
Admittedly he is a great administrator but I think he would be best to bow out now because our dogs have been eating his horses for years.

From one Mick to another mate, I agree, he is an absolute grub. Cant stand to even look at him. He knew what was going down with the greys before we did and he did nothing. Now hes trying to play hero for other codes. Complete as#h#le and nothing good about the man. Cheers
