Like Carole I have to log in now and again.
Plus, as I try to enter dogs or races I can do some and then after five or six entries I will sometimes get a white screen and then can't enter more.

Hi guys, the logging in now and again is due to the IT still working behind the scenes and they need to reboot the website for some fixes to take.
Dick, the main thing they are trying to fix at the moment is the adding dogs and races, hopefully this will be working correctly soon.

The refresh rate of each page is deathly slow

Hi Stephen, the problem is the website was never able to be updated as the system running it was a very old version. It needed to be upgraded as the company hosting the website would no longer support us unless we did the upgrade. New technology has now made it possible to do. This has been an upgrade of 21 years from when it was first built. Some parts of the site have had to be re programmed and many automatic functions are not compatible with the upgrade.
It will take us time but we have our IT working on all aspects and are just about there. The reason for having to login so often is that when our IT do programming on our test site sometimes they have to take GD offline to update the programming which of course kicks everyone off and we all have to log in again.
I know its a pain but it had to be done to keep GD online. The next phase once phase one is finished should not cause any disruptions.
Stephen I can upload photos and videos. can you give me some of the URLS of the pages you are having problems with and I will get our guys straight on to it.

No margins are showing, only the time for each dog, but you have to put in the margins to get the times. my private message indicator is always on
