Yesterday (20th Jan) Giants Flash another of the Banjo Boy x Navada Flame 2019 litter, smashed the long standing 512m track record previously held by the very smart Rockoon, when he ran 29.19, 1 1/2 lengths inside previous mark.
With litter mates Banjo Bert and Minnie Banjo also flying, its a round of applause to the Giant Crows syndicate and especially to Garry Harding, Gary Oldfield and John Caulfield for their massive contribution. Also thanks to Tracie Price and the Finish on lure. What a difference that lure makes. Well done fellas.

Haha Garry & congratulations. The litter are giving you some some huge thrills, so well done there.

I'm more a fan of this nick working with Giant https:/ CLICK HERE as Velocette has looked like it nicked with the damline previously, but Andrew is sticking fast to Black Shiraz I think ?

We're going neck to neck with which theory brings about Banjo's successes. All in good fun.

Well done gary. Awesome result and Tracie is a great fella. So glad you are having success.
Given what gary is going through with Horsham I hope this brings him some joy. I have first hand experience in dealing with such crap and all I can say is that I hope he continues to find joy and happiness in the dogs.

Lol ryan. YEs plenty of fun. I am an absolute believer in black shiraz being a key and think it will be the case in the success of banjo botches as dams.

The more you put in the better the results me thinks.

Have a litter of el rapido x Zambora about 6 weeks from breaking in. I have them all so certainly hoping I have got that right. Nice pups but what pups arent nice pups when they are reared right.

Certainly can Jeff Guy.
Excellent rearing, plenty of opportunities for galloping and running in a pack. Heart in mouth stuff when they chase each other around the trees and the dam, but it works. Survive that and you are well on the way to handling a field in racing.

Not to be outdone by the performance of her brother, litter sister Minnie Banjo, smashed the 400m track record at Mt Gambier today. What a litter. The old record was 22.55 and Minnie ran an outstanding 22.42. How often does that happen, two litter siblings hold the track records and another litter brother is the uncrowned Horsham GotY 2021. We must have done something right in our breeding choices. Thanks to Tracie Price and the Fin On lure - its made a huge difference to these two.
