Hi Larry, Little early mate, it will depend a lot on early injury recoveries, but in saying that I don't see Richmond in an early slump, nor the Melbourne Storm for that matter maybe after the pre season trials things will be a lot clearer. Hope your well, and the year brings some joy and goodwill.

Thanks Ron. Whats going on with Richmond's coach . Last time I saw him I'm sure he was making wife jokes , all lovee dovee. Now he's on with a staffer , the wife's gone . These distractions can cause cracks in an otherwise stoic outfit .

I will predict that come September,i will be pissed off,...AGAIN,after Parramatta "choke down ", after being in the top 5. The Storm didn't win their Grand Final against them a few years ago,....Parra bloody Matta lost it !!...ohh the pain.
Also ,Tony Lochart to make a comeback for GWS in THE Grand Final & kicks the the winning goal against the Maggie's.

On the point about clarko. Now the afl silverspooned gws , tried to reinvent a group for the working class joboh's of Sydney much like the monkees for the Beatles whatever , and got " money money money " out of it . How high can a bottom team go ? I've followed Fremantle from its conception until now , and they have a changing face . Talent, depth , leadership, but above all a decisive change in direction. I just wonder could they be the sleeping giant of the afl .

Looking forward to GWS vs Dogs. Adam Treloar can fight. He'd love to give it to some ex-team mates. I think the dogs will have the best midfield of the comp next year. Naughton and English will be stronger. Lookout doggies.

Have you looked at freos midfield ? Anyway. How long has Jonathan pattern been like this . I thought it was a bit strange gws made the move . They got virtually nothing for him as I remember.

All midfields are pretty good. Treloar coming in to help Bont will be huge. Patton was known as the chick magnet amongst the giants. He had the swagger at the nightclubs. I remember Phil Davis mentioning something about that on the footy show years ago.

Potential for what? Fyfe we know about. Mundy is 50 years old. Walters is a fwd pocket. Conca and Acres are rejects and the others I've never heard of. I reckon Freo will be strugglesville for a few years yet.
