I don't think that the withrawal of the 'young fella' will be a hinderance to Qld, in fact it may be a positive. The young bloke is small, inexperienced and was going to cop heavy punishment, if he was injured in training he wouldn't last past 2 tackles in the game tonight.

Alright you two, I will admit the better team won on the night. Although it has taken a dozen years or so for you lot to learn from us. I don't see any Queenslanders that will make the test side on those performances. The bloody bananas have straightened, and the cyclones are going to the south, the skies might have darkened some, but we do have candles to find our way back. Enjoy it while you can.

Hey Ray! Is there any truth to the rumour, that Freddy and Co. were instigators of the move from Newcastle to the Gold Coast! Reason being, that favoured rep teams don't go well in the steel city, and that the beaches are cleaner to walk on up there. I reckon they should all go horse riding in the surf! Seriously Ron, I genuinely believe that QLD will go a lot better tonight and it will be a great game. losing Nathan Cleary is a big loss for NSW (I have no wrap on his replacement) and QLD do have a stronger side. I know that they were thrashed last time but they didn't play as bad as the score showed, they bombed several tries and the run of the game went against them. Whether they can win tonight is probably very unlikely, but it wouldn't be a complete surprise to me.

Half time and you are going well Ron, Qld were on top and NSW were all at sea without Cleary, no organisation in the centre of the field, in fact Moses wasn't seen in that half, anybody's game now, but NSW will surely lift in the 2nd half, if they don't you have the money and Qld will win. A bit of a mixture of a game but certainly gripping!

Great win Ron, even though the Blues were not 100 on song, the Maroons were just too good, when the chips were down, they put their life on the line with magnificent defence. Moses will never play in SOO again after that performance, why Adam Reynolds wasn't picked is beyond me. Good win Qld and well deserved!

Terrific win by the Banana benders last night. It was all about pride and some redemption. Well done boys!
Now how annoying is it getting to watch Latrell play? Every tackle he makes, or involved in there was a melee. The normally placid Addo-Carr becomes an enraged player whenever he plays with Latrell. (Lucky Cody Walker wasn't picked!)
What was with all those messages on strapping to Addo-Carr's arms? One should of been the ph. number to the "Mater Hosp". (Ribs)
Boy Cam Munster is a shadow of the player who played along side Cameron Smith. (How good was Smith?)
