We were very lucky in 2009 winning 8 races, 4 seconds and 7 thirds. With luck our bitch Katie will become a brood and will have pups in March - maybe even wonder pups! watch out!We are a small operation and to date only race our own dogs. We have had a little success in the past with: Balscadden Boy - best of 28.71 in Harolds Cross and 28.65 in Newbridge. Boy Was sold and became a finalist in an Irish Classic - the Kerry Agribusiness Irish St. Leger in Limerick, and ran in the Irish Derby. Balscadden Sky - A3 stake finalist @ Harolds Cross winning 3 in a row on the way, Bar One Sprint Cup 1/4 finalist and finalist in A1 400 stake in Dundalk. Balscadden katie - retired as broke bone(s) in her foot, we have high hope for her as a brood (dont we all!).
Katie was mated to Droopys Kewell(jan 2010). She is from a dam line that has thrown, Larkhill Joe,Sonic Flight(sire of Westmead hawk),Early Flight(UK Oaks finalist, St leger finalist),Dilemmas Flight(UK Oaks winner and UK derby finalist), Spiridon Louis UK dog of year 2007.
